At the start of each season sign on nights are held mainly for new players so that they can be assessed and put into the right division.

SEASON 1
Sign On: 29 January & 5 February
Season Starts: 12 February
Season Finals: 18 June

SEASON 2
Sign On: 9 July
Season Starts: 16 July
Season Finals: 12 November

Format

• Teams in Division 1A & 1C comprises of 2 men and each man plays 2 singles and 1 doubles. Teams in Division 1B comprise of 3 men and each man plays 1 singles and 2 doubles. All players participate in 3 sets.
• Each player participates in three sets on the night.
• All sets first to 6 games, tie breaker at 5 all.
• Commencing at 6.45 pm and finishing at 10.30 pm.
• No play during school holidays.

Fees

• Each player is required to pay a match fee of $14
• Players must be members of Tennis Townsville, annual membership fee is $80

Sponsorship

• Fixtures winners will receive vouchers to spend at Angus Smith Sports store or a trophy.
• Vouchers will be presented at the Annual Awards and Presentation Night in November.
